This week we want to shout out Ashley Hile! She is a program participant who has been with us since April. Ashley is currently our coffee trainer and has become an all round bad ass at the Cafe since she started. She is always lending a helping hand to her fellow team members and has excellent customer service skills. Ashley enjoys spending time with her kids and helping others in the community.

Help us give it up for our most recent program graduate, Norman!

He has been at the Cafe a full year now and has graduated from our workforce development program. Norman has worked in many positions in the Cafe including expo, food runner and now in prep. He is known for his friendliness at the Cafe and his ability to help anyone who needs assistance. Norman is currently working on completing his GED and he enjoys fishing, watching movies and going to church.

The pasta bar cost starts at $10 and includes your choice of noodle, pasta sauce and as many veggies as you want! Add a protein for an additional upcharge.

Allow us to introduce John!

John is our front of house assistant manager! He is also our in house coffee guru and has taken over our coffee station training. John knows everything there is to know about coffee (and tea) and has a professional background of running several local coffee shops here in Columbus, as well as experience in restaurant serving and bartending. John loves hot sauce, biking and exploring the local food scene!

The front of house runs smooth on a daily basis because of his guidance. Thank you, JOHN. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This muffin is berrry berrrry good!! It’s a strawberry muffin stuffed with cream cheese icing. 🍓

These are found with all the other baked goods at the coffee station. They cost just $2 and are in LIMITED supply, they go super fast!

We are playing with several other flavors as well, all stuffed with that decadent icing. Come see what else is available!

It’s Tuesday which means the taco bar is open for lunch, but don’t sleep on the taco salad that’s available daily! We fry the bowls in house and make all our own salsas and sauces.

Strawberries are like nature made candy! New to the grab and go counter is Strawberry Shortcake! 🍓🍰

We layer vanilla cake, fresh whipped cream and macerated strawberries. It’s just $4.50 and easy to eat on the go.

How bout them biscuits! Don’t skip the most important meal of the day. Biscuits are coming out of the oven as we post this and will be ready with eggs, cheese and bacon or sausage.

There is nothing better on a hot summer day than this! We beautifully layer fresh ripe tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese and balsamic reduction with a little sprinkle of salt and pepper.
