🌿 GREEN LASAGNA 🌿

This may be my favorite version of lasagna! It features a creamy béchamel instead of ricotta and an extra vibrant spinach-basil green sauce.

Plus it’s layered with plenty of Italian sausage, caramelized leeks, fresh mozzarella, and grated Parmesan.

I use no-boil lasagna sheets to make the recipe even easier!

This lasagna is perfect for warmer weather and may just become your favorite version of lasagna as well 👀

☀️ Creamy Zucchini Pasta ☀️

This zucchini pasta is incredibly creamy but contains NO cream whatsoever!

The silky sauce is made from cooking down shallots, garlic, and zucchini until jammy and then tossing with spaghetti, plenty of pasta cooking water, and a little butter to form a glossy emulsified sauce.

This is one of my FAVORITE pasta recipes of all time.
