For groceries 🥕🍒🍌- Try ordering your groceries online for pickup!! Your way less likely to buy alllll the snacks when you shop this way! That’s how I avoid picking up Oreos so much 🤪😂

For eating out 🌮🍔🍦- try meal prepping or paying someone to meal prep for you. There are also meal prep places around as well!!
