When I managed exports at Honda, we loaded a container, completed the vanning layout, and then missed one critical step. The pickup was never released. The container sat. The vessel cutoff passed.

The result was painful and immediate. We had to unload the container and air freight the parts to protect overseas production schedules.

🎉 Milestone Moment! 🎉

Today marks a HUGE personal and professional milestone for me. Last year on my birthday, I released my first book, "The ENS and OUTS of LEADERSHIP." Fast forward a year, and I’ve been busy writing workshops for every leadership segment that God has placed on my heart: leadership for teens, college students, entrepreneurs, the military, and established businesses.

And now, I’m stepping into something I’ve been working toward all year—my first school contract based on this content with Columbus City Preparatory School for Boys! 🙌 I truly believe this will be impactful not only for the boys but for the community at large.

This journey has been incredible, and I’m so grateful for everyone who’s supported me along the way. Keep me in your prayers as I step into this new chapter—let’s go!

Excited to have showcased my business at the annual Think Veterans First event hosted at The National Veterans Memorial Museum. It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with fellow Veteran Owned Businesses and exchange insights on industry best practices.

I recently had the opportunity to share my entrepreneurship journey on the Department of Transportation Small Business Web Seminar. One question that stood out was about the influence of my military service on my approach to business growth.

In the military, we operate with a clear mission, a defined plan, and readiness to adapt/pivot when challenges arise. This mindset has been invaluable in entrepreneurship, where pivoting and adjusting are constant requirements and keys to success.

Military training instilled in me the importance of embracing challenges without fear of pain. Understanding sacrifice and embracing opportunities have been catalysts in navigating the unpredictable terrain of entrepreneurship.

The lessons learned in the military have seamlessly transitioned into my entrepreneurial endeavors, enabling me to navigate uncertainties with resilience and determination.

Bigger Than Me...

As an Ohio native, farming has always had a special place in my heart. Seeing the impact that farmers have on our communities has been truly inspiring. So, when Texas was hit with devastating wildfires, I knew I had to help.

Thankfully, United Cajun Navy stepped up to help the farmers in Texas by providing hay with their local partners. And I was honored when they chose us to arrange the logistics transportation. A special shoutout to Fifth Wheel Transport for doing an amazing job. Their owner op program is truly the best I have seen!
