Women's Small Group Strength Training begins Monday!

If you've been waiting for a sign to prioritize your health in this season of life, this is it.

Join a community of like-minded women striving to become stronger, healthier, and more confident—both inside and outside of the gym.

Whether you're a beginner, returning after years away from fitness, postpartum, or simply looking for accountability and support, there is a place for you here.

I currently have:

Once these spots are filled, additional openings likely won't be available unless a current member decides to leave the program—and with the strong, committed women we have in this community, that isn't looking very likely.

And if my program isn't the right fit, I still want to encourage you to do something for your health. Join a gym. Hire a coach. Start walking. Take a fitness class. Build a home gym.

Just don't quit on yourself.

Tight hips and lower back pain?

The problem may not be where you feel it.

One of the most common muscle imbalances I see in women is weak glutes and a weak core causing the hips and lower back to work overtime.

That’s why stretching alone often isn’t enough.

Build strength. Improve stability. Reduce compensation.

Remember: the muscle that hurts isn’t always the muscle causing the problem. 💪

Ladies of Columbus!

Spots are officially open for women’s small group strength training out of my home gym in southeast Columbus. You can begin as soon as 6/15.

My goal has never been to offer a quick fix, crash diet, or temporary solution. I want to help women build strength, confidence, healthy habits, and a lifestyle they can maintain long after the motivation fades.

Monthly membership options include 2 or 3 strength sessions per week.

(1) opening Monday/Wednesdays 5am

(1) opening Monday/Wednesdays 6am

(2) openings Tuesday/Thursdays 6pm

Friday Morning availability for 3x/week

For women looking for additional support, nutrition accountability, habit coaching, home workouts, 1:1 transformation coaching options will also be available at an additional rate.

If you've been thinking about starting, this is your reminder that you don't have to be perfect to begin. You simply have to be willing to take the FIRST step. Whether it’s with me or another gym, coach, program, etc. Take that step today.

The fitness industry loves extremes.

One minute it’s “be as skinny as possible.” The next it’s “just love yourself and don’t worry about your habits.”

Meanwhile, women are left confused, discouraged, and stuck starting over every Monday.

Or with the all or nothing loop.

What if the answer isn’t found in either extreme?

What if it’s found in building a lifestyle?

Health isn’t about shrinking yourself to a smaller version. It’s not about perfection either.

It’s about becoming the strongest, healthiest, most capable version of yourself for the long haul.

Stop chasing trends. Start building habits.

Your future self will thank you. 🙏
