What do you listen to on the ride to school?

We play a lot of different music with the girls. Jazz, Yacht Rock, Rap, 70s, 80s, 90s, Salsa.. all of it. Some days, when we need encouragement, we play gospel. This helps us encourage them through song, also there’s power in what you say and sing.

So with yesterday being the first day both girls were in school together, there were a lot of big emotions, not just from us, but from both of them. So we let God speak through the music.

I pray for growth, peace, and success for this school year for my girls, and for your kids too.

Being a mobile DJ is different from a club DJ because we have to have everything needed for your event, regarding the sound.

Here is a behind the scenes look of what it may take to prepare for a 4 hour event. There’s a lot more prep work than you may think. Creating the playlist, envisioning what the crowd will look like, and knowing your talk points as the emcee.

The price you get from myself or my peers, is not just for the hours of the event, it’s for the years it took to prepare, the cost of equipment, time away from family mentally and physically, and the fact that you don’t have to worry about any of that.

We love what we do and it is so fulfilling to see the hard work turn into a beautiful, fun product.
