Realtor Care Day is always such a great day in our communities!

This one was special.
Helping my client sell his mother’s home, a place filled with years of love and memories, was truly meaningful. And while one chapter is closing, another one is beginning as a new family starts making memories here. One little girl is especially excited to explore the backyard!
What started as helping my seller find the right offer for this home, turned into the opportunity to also help the buyer, who attended our open house but wasn’t working with an agent yet.

Let’s talk kitchen cabinets!
Cabinetry is one of the biggest decisions in any kitchen renovation, and while we love the look of custom cabinets (who doesn’t?!), they don’t always make sense.
Over the years, we’ve done it all. Big box store cabinets, semi-custom, fully custom and the price range can vary wildly.
For this reno, we chose stock cabinets from a local supplier and we’re really happy with them! The quality is solid, the price point is even better, and we purchased additional organization solutions without the custom cabinet price.
