Longtime food truck owner launches brick and mortar taco kitchen in Clintonville Daniel McCarthy, the creatorof Tatoheads Food Truck, which ran in multiple stints from 2011 until last fall, has pivoted from mobile to brick and mortar operations with his newest project. And that means tacos are on the menu for Clintonville Tipsy Tacos, a new spot offering tacos, nachos, burritos....
