This page uses God’s word and beautiful photography to lift and inspire everyone and anyone... Much of what is shared is also what I am working on personally.

This page is designed to lift people up and to help spread faith and understanding.

The first is a picture with the verse (1Peter 3:8). The second is a collage of what each part of the verse focuses on (photos from Pinterest).

"Every Christian believer is called to obey these five commands as we live in relationship with each other. Every command requires a certain level of mutual submission and/or selflessness toward other Christians." (bibleref.com)

We like familiarity; we want to be "comfortable". Regardless of whether or not something or someone is good or bad for us, we tend to hold on because we don't like change. Sometimes, moments of desperation lead to clarity and change. We reach a point where we realize we must let go of something to take hold of something else.

Negative, critical, condemning thoughts and words - Let Go.
Bitterness toward those who let you down - Let Go.
Unforgiveness toward those who hurt you - Let Go.
Hatred toward those who are different than you - Let Go.
Excuses, false reasons that you "can't" - Let Go.
Lies, the ones you tell yourself and others - Let Go.
Fear, the reason you refuse to change - Let Go.

No matter what you need to let go of, I believe in and am praying for you to "Let Go" of the wrong so that you may open your hands and your heart to what is right. May your weekend be relaxing, restful and restorative. God bless.

What a great perspective!

God has a protective, loving heart for us. Within each season, he measures out a boundary where we can thrive, flourish, and grow. We have giants to face, battles to win, and victories to gain. These are all doable within the boundaries God sets for us. And the moment he knows we're ready, He'll expand our territory in one way or another.

God is consistent. He doesn’t change his mind. He will never tell you to violate a principle that he’s already given in his Word, the Bible. Discover more about discerning God's voice in today’s devotional. https://bit.ly/4mPKtAn

When sheep fall down on their backs, they can't get up. This is called a cast sheep. They need a shepherd to help them get back on their feet.
🐑 In scripture, Jesus tells us that He is the Good Shepherd. He knows His sheep and His sheep know Him.
🐑 Do you think when Jesus called Himself the Good Shepherd that He knew there would be times in our lives that we would fall down and couldn't get back up without Him? He knows His sheep.
🐑 I'm so thankful for the Good Shepherd to pick me up and set my feet upon a firm foundation!!

No matter what we face or what remains hidden in the world around us, we can hold on to this beautiful promise from God's Word:

“For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open.” — Luke 8:17

In God’s perfect timing, truth always comes to light. Not to shame or divide, but to bring healing, freedom, and restoration.

Even when the world feels uncertain or dark, remember this: God is with you. His presence never leaves us. He walks with us through every shadow and shines His light into every hidden place.

So don’t lose heart. God is faithful and good.
