We manage 5 vintage downtown buildings on Main Street in the heart of Columbia, SC that have been converted to apartment units.

Capitol Places was formed in 1998 for the purpose of developing, renting, and managing apartments in downtown Columbia, South Carolina. An analysis at the time showed that Columbia had a downtown work-force of 72,000 people. There were limited choices for downtown living.
