🌎♻️ This view never gets old! 🔥

♻️ Last week, Alex, Matt, and Todd had the opportunity to host Austin, Tyler, and Bobby from LCSWMA at Sahd Metal Recycling. Our crew had a great time giving them a tour of our facility, sharing some of our processes, and even filming an episode of Dumpster Talk! 🎙️

They then spent two days visiting several LCSWMA facilities, including their impressive Waste-to-Energy operation. It's easy to take for granted the incredible infrastructure we have here in Lancaster County. Their facility helps reduce the amount of trash going to the landfill by roughly 90% — that was eye-opening to our crew when you consider the average person generates about a ton of trash each year. 🤯

A huge thank you to Nick Kohr for the amazing tour and to the entire LCSWMA team for their hospitality. Our crew learned a ton to bring back to our yard and are grateful for the opportunity! Here's to continued learning!! 🦾♻
