Your body isn’t broken.
It’s disconnected.
Modern life pulls us away from what our cells need most:
Sunlight
Breath
Ground
Rest
This clinic isn’t about chasing symptoms — it’s about restoring the signals your body remembers.
Acupuncture is one way I help reconnect you.
Not magic. Not mystery.
Bioelectric repair. Mitochondrial support. Nervous system reset.
Healing is remembering.

This moment will become that moment only, to become this moment. As long as you’re on this side of the ground, there’s always time to begin to start a new, to refresh, to heal, to reconnect, to find what has been missing, to realize it’s always been there.
The powers of placement of little tiny needles activate a wide variety of biological biochemical biophysical bioenergetic pathways, too complicated to be summed up through language. Healing must be directly experienced. Life is real, life is happening. You are life. Life is inside of you…

Mugwort, or Artemisia Vulgaris, plays an essential role in acupuncture therapy in the form of a technique called "moxibustion." In moxibustion, dried mugwort is shaped into cones or sticks, ignited, and held near or placed on the acupuncture points. The heat helps to stimulate the points, promoting the flow of "Qi" or life energy, which is fundamental in traditional Chinese medicine.
Moxibustion has been used for many conditions, including pain, digestive disorders, menstrual irregularities, and breech presentation in late pregnancy. The warming properties of mugwort are believed to pe*****te deeply into the body to facilitate healing. However, while many practitioners and patients find it beneficial, its efficacy is still a topic of ongoing research in the broader medical community.

"According to tradition, Mugwort was known as the witch’s herb and aptly renamed by some as Cronewort. Historically, it was placed by the door of the local witch, healer, and midwife. It was also used as a symbol that would be hung on the door or planted outside.
Its scientific name, Artemisia, may give us a clue as to the powers of this herb. Named after the Greek moon goddess Artemis – who was known for her patronage of women in all phases of their lives, especially at the onset of menstruation, in childbirth, and during menopause – it is easy to see what uses this herb has.
This plant has earned the title “mother of herbs” for its use in treating female reproductive disorders and for regulating menstrual cycles. Some people call it ‘the old woman’ and consider it to be a manifestation of ancestral wisdom and feminine qualities.
In shamanistic cultures, it was used to facilitate communication with ancestors and the spirit world; people drank it as a tea or tonic at bedtime or placed bundles of the herb under pillows to induce lucid dreams."

Here we see Acupuncture microstimulation which is a technique that involves the use of very small electrical currents to stimulate specific points on the body, typically the same points used in traditional acupuncture. This technique is often used in physical therapy and rehabilitation to help with muscle recovery. Particularly in cases of overuse injuries like those seen in professional athletes.
See my story to get a feel for what this vibrational treatment looks like in real time!
Here's a brief overview of why, how, and when I use it-
1. **Why**: Overuse injuries can lead to muscle fatigue, inflammation, and pain. Acu stim promotes blood circulation, reduces inflammation, and stimulates the body's natural painkillers. This helps with reinstating muscle activity, aiding recovery and strengthening of weakened muscles.
2. **How**: Acupuncture microstimulation involves the insertion of very thin needles into specific points on the body. These needles are then attached to a device that delivers a small electrical current. The current stimulates the acupuncture point further. The points are chosen depending on the specific symptoms and the muscles that need rehab.
3. **When**: The timing of acupuncture micro stim treatments vary depending on the individual's needs and the nature of their injury. In some cases, treatment may begin shortly after the overuse to help reduce inflammation and promote healing. In other cases, treatment may be used as part of a longer-term program as a preventative measure.
It's important to note that while acupuncture microstimulation can be a helpful tool in muscle rehabilitation, it's typically used as part of a broader treatment plan that may also include physical therapy, rest, and other forms of muscle manipulation. It's also important to work with a qualified practitioner to ensure that the treatment is safe and effective.
I’ve been helping tons of people with this type of therapy recently & I’m going to be posting a lot more about how affective it is! ✨STAY TUNED ✨

Mid week vibes are all about finding balance. 🪷
Taking time off to slow down, power down and enjoy getting outside to activate the parasympathetic system is integral toward longterm health & longevity.
We all worry and feel anxious about losing a job or a family problem, an upcoming major deadline or trying to get to work during a busy rush hour. Research shows that the long-term effects of chronic stress contribute to high blood pressure, and promotes the formation of artery-clogging deposits. Also, brain changes that may contribute to anxiety, depression, and addiction.
Create some space between your inner & outer worlds. Take 10 minutes for yourself during the day. It could be folding the laundry outside, a quick walk around your office or a bike ride after work.
Here are some more suggestions you can work into your life to activate the parasympathetic system-
•mild exercise
•meditation, yoga, stretching outside
•deep breathing from your diaphragm
•nature walks
The people who love you the most will thank you 💗
