Four years. Four Mother’s Days of either carrying a baby or holding a newborn.

​I look at my three children and realize I never could have dreamed up this life for myself, yet I thank God every single day for the privilege of being their mother. I’m so grateful to have a husband who sees the reality of this journey and stands by me through every bit of it.
​Motherhood is a beautiful complexity.

It is physically demanding, mentally exhausting, and spiritually stretching. I will never pretend it’s easy, because it isn’t—it’s a sacrifice. It is holy work.

​To the moms celebrating, the moms grieving, and the women longing.. Happy Mother’s Day. There is room for all of our stories today. 🤍
