He came to Russell Rescue from a hoarding situation, where life was confusing and people weren't always something to trust. Because of that, Bacon takes his time getting to know you. He won't be the dog who jumps into your lap on day one—and that's okay.

The best relationships aren't always the fastest ones.

Bacon is looking for someone who understands that love isn't measured in instant cuddles. Sometimes it's measured in quiet moments, gentle routines, and celebrating the little victories.

He's believed to be deaf, but that doesn't stop him from enjoying life. He simply experiences the world a little differently.

Meet Autumn, a handsome 2-year-old Rat Terrier weighing around 12 pounds.
Autumn was found as a stray, so we don't know much about his past. What we do know is that he's a little shy when meeting new people—and that's completely understandable after everything he's been through.
Right now, Autumn is waiting patiently for someone to give him the chance he's been missing.
