Stretch + Restore
Sundayβs 5-6pm
This is a restoration, flexibility, and mobility based class consisting of gentle stretches/flow as well as some static holds. This approach trains muscular fascia facilitating the release of stored tension within the muscles and connective tissues while also supporting the ligaments and joints. This is a feel good, grounding class meant to open the body gently, melt away any tension whether mental or physical, and leave you feeling calm, clear, and connected!

This is a high energy circuit training class ! I enjoy putting together circuit workouts with high energy and bomb music so that is what I am going to do .

Your instructor, Amy, is a licensed massage therapist who will guide clients through a series of yoga postures with elementals of massage woven in throughout the class. This class takes place on Fridayβs at 6:00pm and has limited openings. Please sign up in advance to claim your spot on the mats.
