DER Kitchen

Any given Saturday, at the Soda City Market, you will see members of DER Kitchen. Last weekend, members were Ben’s Bagels, Belgian Waffle Trucm, Jordan’s Catering and Martha’s Menna Cheese.

It is official, Ben’s Bagels is working out of DER Kitchen! He should be at Soda City on Saturday real soon!

Happy Mother’s Day to all my relatives and friends that are moms or thinking of your mom’s like me. We made another year of great memories with Nancy and four other families.

I remember mom always liked us to meet her and Grandpa John at Paris Mountain State Park. She booked the shelter. John would make grill chicken and burgers. We just had to show up. And that’s all we had to do to make mom happy that day. Good times! Wish I had a picture to share. Won’t surprise me if Karen finds one to share.

We spy with our eyes a new mural on the NOMA side of town. The colorful addition to the Vino Garage and DER Kichen building was completed by local artist Kate Timbes.

Renovations are also coming soon to the Vino Garage and DER Kitchen building. The mural will become a backdrop to a new patio, outdoor seating, and lighting.

Great day at Soda City Market! Four vendors from DRR Kitchen! Nice variety. Cajun cooking from Fleur Delicious. Waffles from the Belgian Waffle Truck. Baked goodies from Bessie’s Sweets. And fresh pressed juices and cold brewed coffees from Java Juice.

Forest Hills, Columbia, SC. Fleur Delicious will return this Friday, May 1st from 11-2 at the corner of Wellington and Stratford. See you there.

Forest Hills, Columbia Fleur de Licious Creole food truck will be at the corner Stratford and Wellington tomorrow for lunch. The truck arrives at 11am. Will be here until 2-3 or when he sells out. Hope to see you there. Support local!

DER Kitchen welcomes its newest member: Cynthia Robinson dba Delicious. She and her sister will be operating a hot dog trailer at locations throughout the midlands.
