I’m excited to say I’ll be fully stocked on all 8 of my Stone Simple tinctures again this Saturday at Hidden Gem Farmers Market from 11–2 PM!

As I continue to simplify my life—from the foods I eat to the water I drink and the medicines I take—I know I still have a long way to go.

Over the past few years, I've been working toward reducing my dependence on prescription medications whenever possible and appropriate. In many ways, that's the reason so many of my tinctures have come to life.

If you've ever stopped by my table and talked with me, you've probably heard me say that every single product has a story behind it. 💚

I don't create something just because it's popular. I bring products to the table because I've personally needed them, researched them, tested them, and found value in them.

One of the reasons I love tinctures is their simplicity. When I take a tincture, I place it under my tongue for 30–45 seconds before swallowing. This allows some of the herbal compounds to begin absorbing through the tissues under the tongue before the rest continues through the digestive system.

What I appreciate most is knowing exactly what's in the bottle. No long list of fillers. No artificial colors. No unnecessary ingredients. Just thoughtfully selected herbs prepared in a form that has been used for generations.

Now, do tinctures replace everything else? No, they don't. But they've become an important part of my wellness journey and have helped me reconnect with simple, traditional approaches to supporting my health.

The more I learn, the more I appreciate simplicity.
