We’ll, today it became official. We settled on the 2nd street property. It’s been a long process. Contractor and supply issues were a major factor on this project. 2 years is a long time on a flip house but it’s finally over. This was our biggest project on top of the issues. Congrats to the buyers, you got a great property. Welcome to Columbia! Thanks to all the people who helped get it done and sold.
