Project FIT (Families Improving Together) through Health is a free health promotion program for African American adolescence between ages 11-16.
There are two parts to this program: 1. a brief face to face program which includes weekly in person group meetings that meet in downtown Columbia, followed by 2. an online program which the parent can access from the comfort of home or another location with internet access. There are 8 group sessions; one day a week. Each weekly group session takes place on either Tuesday or Thursday evening from
