The South Carolina State Guard is proud to present the Distinguished Service Award to LTC Milledge Wilson, Executive Officer, Medical Command, 8th Troop Command, upon his retirement.
LTC Wilson served honorably with 17 years of dedicated service to the South Carolina State Guard, including deployments for various security mission, Exercise Swift Eagle 2004, and multiple deployments to support efforts during Hurricanes Matthew, Joaquin and Helene.
The South Carolina State Guard thanks you LTC Wilson for your dedication and service to the citizens of South Carolina.
