For years I have wanted to teach what I know and love so well - puppet therapy and psychotherapeutic puppetry. Now you can learn the joys of using puppets with all ages. It can be like live Sandtray; it can be as simple as reading a story using a puppet, or the client making their own puppet(s). If you want to learn about puppetry skills like voice and gesturing, you can do that too. Topics will be: How to start; Using Puppets to Heal Complex Trauma Parts I and II; Grief & Loss: Healing the Many stages of Grief with Puppets; and, Anger Management for Children Using Puppets. There’ll be supervision following the training so that you can get ongoing feedback about your work.
