We have an old farmhouse from 1800 an acre and half of land that has 4 rooms to stay in as an airbnb. Its peaceful and quiet. A qtr mile from Lake Murray.
Surrounded by trees. This place is rich in history and close to everything. Come stay with us.
I have decided to host nurses this year instead of doing Airbnb. So my rooms will be filled all Summer/Fall long.

The place was perfect for the two of us. Location, value, and a wonderful greeting from Tiffany set the stage for a great visit to South Carolina! Would certainly consider staying here again when next in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was a real treat and the accommodations were excellent. The hostess was a delight to interact with and shared a lot about the home’s history which was great. Highly recommend.

My last rental destroyed my in law suite. She showed up with 9 animals. As much as I was recluctant to allow her to stay with all them pets, she assured me she was a responsible pet owner and ALWAYS cleaned up after them. I worried all nite about it the first nite and in the am she texted me and said no worries, she just cleaned up their crates and that it smelled good in the room. I let my guard down. In the course of the next few days, she allowed her dogs to p**p all over my yard and never once picked up after them. She let them free roam without a leash and one of them ended up killing one if not two of my neighbors chickens. Then to top it off, she asked me if she could stay a few more days, I said I can only allow one more, that was the nice person in me.... she stiffed me the money for the extra nite and left the room with crap on the walls and p**s on carpet. OMG!!! So I ended up having to gut my room completely and start from scratch to redo the room. So I just completed it and it's ready for my next guest on Monday.

Lake Murray’s Newest Secret!
Nestled in the calm countryside, the Sunflower Inn is a wonderful retreat full of history and charm. Sunflower Inn owner, Tiffany Rodriguez, was looking to make a change in her life and fell in love with the Southern farmhouse now known as the Sunflower Inn. She sold her home in California, quit her job, and decided to realize her dream of opening a quaint Bed n’ Breakfast.
Built in 1800, the home stands as one of the three oldest homes in Lexington, South Carolina. Although rooms have been added over the last 219 years, much of the home has been present since initial construction. Spanning a massive 1500 acres during the 19th century, the homestead was a large staple of Lexington during the Civil War. History lives within, and on, the Sunflower Inn’s walls. The home served as the old Selwood Post Office in 1883 and was a stagecoach stop during the late 1800’s. A beautiful folk painting adorns the wood wall above the fireplace in the great room, untouched and intact since its composition in 1853.
At the Sunflower Inn, we want guests to feel the peace and tranquility that comes along with country living. Tucked away from the road, the beautiful property provides a stunning getaway amongst the trees. The Inn is a 5 bed/5 bath beauty with 2 sitting rooms--each with their own appeals. You can enjoy any of the home’s great amenities, such as it’s 7 fireplaces, screened-in back porch, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and TV room. With over 4500 sq ft of living space on a modest 1.65 acres, the main home, owned by Tiffany, is beautifully maintained and full of charm. The Sunflower Inn is pet friendly, can accommodate large families upon request, and can even provide boat parking on the property.
