Dr. Meghan Salerno with Soulshine Pelvic Health and Wellness and I are creating a safe space to work and talk through birth plans, that maybe, didn't go as planned. Whether it was a traumatic birth, a pregnancy that didn't go as planned or a loss, we would love for you to come share your story or at least just listen to other stories to know that you are not alone.
