Sullivan started 2K today!

While she is not grown just yet, you wouldn’t know it with her strong 💪🏾 personality.

As we say Hello to 2K we also say hello to our growing pains of watching her grow up. She really is sweet girl when she wants to be. I pray that she is surrounded by little people just as sweet as her.

In a week, my first born will be embarking on a new journey at a new school. 📚👩‍🏫

My ANXIETY is like HEY SIS! Of course, with the rise in COVID numbers and RSV I’m hesitant about this transition. As parents we are always in the midst of a tough decision, do I send him or do I let fear control me and keep him out? FEAR is looking pretty good right about now! 😭🤦🏿‍♀️

Fortunately, he has been at the same childcare facility since he was 13 weeks! They have taken care of him so well and he has grown and matured into an awesome young man. Part of me, is sad he is leaving a place we are so comfortable with; those ladies have become family. Part of me is sad because he is growing up. BABIES don’t keep!

Mommas, Sisters, and Friends please pray for me because in this moment today I cannot shake the uncertainty.

I trust God! I know God is a protector!

But today I need God to help my unbelief and guide this new path!

Can y’all believe it’s the last week of July! 😮 Prayerfully, we end this week strong so that we are able to go into August even stronger! 💪🏾

July was FAST 💨 and ROUGH 🚧 for the Jefferson household as we dealt with sick kiddos 🤧 and other transitions that will happen in the next few weeks (stay tuned… 😬)

I’ll admit that sometimes I get overwhelmed and totally dropped the ball with my small, but mighty IG community.

I start to second guessing myself as a micro influencer. The self sabotage set in and the negative self talk is cruel ….. I was ready to throw in the towel!

Can any of y’all relate?!

But there is always a ram in the bush! In this case, my social media coaches, Tina and Courtney , told me that MY STORY MATTERS! The ups and downs, good and the bad, it’s all ON purpose, FOR purpose. So I’m back betting on myself 100% today and everyday to follow.

With God’s amazing grace, I will succeed in everything that I do.

I want to encourage you today to NEVER give up. You are created ON purpose, FOR purpose! We’ve got this! 🙌🏾

Road Tripping 🛣 to Alabama

When all you have is each other and fruit snacks 🍒🍇🍓….time for a road trip.

Lord 👏🏾 🙌🏾I hope I have enough packs to keep them manageable for the duration of our ride. Mommy is holding down this trip solo while Daddy works. Thankful for our village because they can be a “handful” at times. Super excited to see our family though ☺️
