California must allow refineries to produce more economical blends of motor fuels in this state. Consumers have complained for years about the high cost of motor fuels here in California compared to other states and the reason for the higher cost in California is 1. State fuel and sales taxes are higher in California and 2. The motor fuels California that meet the air quality standards that California requires has a much higher production cost which has also limited the refineries that are capable of producing these California compliant motor fuels. This has also, 3. Limited the producers has had a supply impact - basic economics 101, supply and demand. Limit supply while demand remains constant, or worse increases, equals higher prices.

Bottom line: vote the idiots in Sacramento out of office and replace with common sense conservative Republicans.

Don't mess with fuel.

These two dogs are at the Riverside county animal shelter as noted in below photo. These were Aaron McDonald, who was killed along with his fiance past Saturday by a drunk driver that ran a red light while being pursued by police. Unfortunately the family was unable to keep the dogs. Please help try to find homes for these two dogs.
