Experiencing Convention with Sara and Molly (and missing Sarah from the pic) makes me incredibly proud knowing they all started their State Farm journey in my office. 🤍
Watching people grow into confident leaders and build businesses of their own is such a rewarding part of this career. The courage, grit, and work it takes to step into agency ownership is no small thing, and I’m so proud of what they’ve built.
At the same time, I hope my team back home knows this photo represents something even bigger to me than agency ownership. Success doesn’t only look one way, building amazing careers as leaders and top professionals within an office matters deeply ♥️

Being a business owner and being a mom are both full-time callings, and some days balancing the two feels beautiful, and some days it feels impossible.
But at the end of it all, the titles, accomplishments, meetings, growth… none of it matters more to me than these three little humans.
And one of the sweetest gifts is getting to walk through motherhood with my own mom still by my side. There’s something really special about being raised while you’re raising others.
Out of every role I have in life, my favorite title will always be Mom.
