Our Colorado Springs real estate team is searching for an Office Manager + Bookkeeper (about 30 hrs/week).
✨ What you’ll do:
Keep our office organized and running smoothly
Handle bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks, reports, reconciliations, etc.)
Help with scheduling, onboarding, and supporting our awesome team
Be the go-to person for all things admin + numbers
✨ What we’re looking for:
Self Motivated
Experience in office management and bookkeeping (preferred, not required)
Someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping a team on track
