When I lived in Southern Colorado, this beautiful little bird was around my yard regularly. Just the sight of him made me smile.

Going through some photos and rediscovered some of my panoramic shots.

Sometimes a single regular photo just can't capture the full view, so I switch to panoramic. I have been fortunate to see and capture some incredible views on my travels.

This was a quick stop at Bryce Canyon National Park. Even though I didn't have much time on this trip, I was happy to see this spectacular view. I definitely need to go back and explore more soon.

Grateful for the National Parks and the opportunities they present to see such incredible natural beauty.

My first time capturing a butterfly head-on, so cool!! #butterflies #naturelovers #naturephotography

I recently went to a butterfly pavilion and because it was cold, the butterflies were moving way less than normal. I got these shots of the front of the butterfly, a shot I have never gotten, and it was SO cool!!

I decided to make a limited number of 2026 calendars.

They are $25 each (includes delivery or shipping) and will be available hopefully before Christmas. I will have local delivery available for anyone in Colorado Springs or Woodland Park through December 24. Then I will have pick up available in Chandler, AZ Dec 25 to Dec 31. Anyone outside those areas, I will mail to you.

Jumping in the frenzy of Northern Lights/Aurora photos. Last night 11/11/25, in the mountains West of Colorado Springs, I was able to see the lights with my naked eyes, but then, I was also able to capture them in more detail with my camera.

So amazing to see this from my front porch! This is the second time I've seen the Northern Lights in Colorado, and I'm always in awe. I hope to see them in Alaska or Iceland someday, but for now, I'm grateful to see them at home.
