A plugged up condensate drain can lead to water damage to your furnace and the surrounding area. Have your AC cleaned and checked once a year to help prevent this!

Out with the old and in with the new. New furnaces are a lot smaller and more efficient.

It’s that time of year again. Don’t forget to have your A/C cleaned and checked. It’s supposed to be a hot summer.

We also do lite commercial. Had to replace this rooftop unit yesterday. The old unit had an electrical fire!

Yesterday‘s snowstorm / blizzard had us down a van, but today’s warmer weather allowed us to get it out.

Changing your filter every four years is not a good plan. Don’t forget to change your air filter every 30 to 90 days and have your furnace inspected annually.
