Effective after market close June 26, 2026, VENU will be included in the Russell 3000 and Russell 2000 Indexes. The Russell US Indexes have approximately $12.2 trillion in assets benchmarked against them. Inclusion puts VENU in front of that institutional investor base for the first time.

This milestone marks a significant step forward in our institutional visibility and continued growth as a premier owner, developer, and operator of premium live entertainment destinations.
