I think it’s safe to say all the hypertrophy work I’ve been putting in is paying off 👀😏😂. I’ve been doing more of a “powerbuild” focused training lately and I’m really enjoying it. Next goal is to get back on my nutrition for hot mom summer 🤪.

I remember looking at the picture on the left and thinking my quads were huge... Fast forward to today, looking at my current legs, guess they weren’t as big as I thought😶😂. I struggle with putting on weight and get stuck on wanting to stay in one weight class for powerlifting. But after looking at this comparison, I have definitely put on a lot of muscle, and that has always been the ultimate goal, regardless of BW! So, this is my friendly reminder to stop looking at the growth on the scale, but instead look at the growth in your muscles!
