This picture of me was before I got cancer in 2021, and I have no family history. Here I used to offer customers free pastries for every customer who ordered from the restaurant, as I still do (for example, tea, a piece of sweets, falafel, rice, soup, etc.) until now. When I opened the restaurant, my goal was to provide people with dishes that are famous in our Arab countries and to follow healthy methods in cooking salads and olive oil that was organic. And also to show people how Arab cuisine is full of the most delicious and luxurious types of food. I even served special drinks from Arabic cuisine, which were admired by everyone who ordered them. From time to time, I would advertise dishes, drinks, and even desserts that were not on the menu, and I would offer them for free so that customers could try them. I would also create varieties of drinks, dishes, and desserts that were only my own recipes. I also paid attention to the decor of the restaurant and I multiplied natural plants and gave them away for free to customers who requested them, so they remember me 😇 and some also remember my recipes that they asked me about. I used to tell them about my secrets and it was all for free. The walls are decorated with unique paintings, which I painted. The art of drawing directly on glass. I came up with a distinctive, previously unknown art style. Each painting is a piece of art filled with unique feelings that are unlike any other. 🤩 From time to time, I would also display art on customers’ plates, and I would serve food as if it were an artistic painting on a plate. The customers’ comments about the dishes were the best I heard🥹. Even the catering, I put my artistic touch on it, and the customer enjoys it as a piece of art and high-end prestige. I alone was the one who did everything from A to Z, I am behind everything. You can say, I was the heart and mind together😉 and the engine. What about the wonderful cups of coffee and tea that delighted everyone who drank in them? I have provided the best falafel recipe in America, not just Colorado, with the testimony of all Arabs, Americans, and people who have visited and eaten in Arab countries. My restaurant held many occasions and birthdays, and I used to offer free things as thanks and gratitude.. Thank God for everything. Also, thank God for saving me from cancer. Also, thanks to everyone who visited the restaurant and supported it during the time of Corona and inflation. At the end thanks to all my employees, they were fantastic 💞Last but not least, my family and I arrived in America about ten years ago, and I have been working in the food industry all this time. My journey in achieving my dream has reached the end and I have achieved my goals. I am now fifty 🥰 and there are more dreams to achieve.... ❤️‍🔥

I offered customers the cheapest prices for sandwiches with pita bread. And they said it's cheap, so it's not good. For example, falafel was only $7 and gero meat was only $8. Six months and the prices were these. Other restaurants raise their prices, and the owner of the building ( my unit ) raises the rent like crazy. I'm sorry, the restaurant does not sell alcohol and does not sell pork. At the same time, it sells halal meat, and unfortunately there is also no Muslim community here.

Can a customer explain why this woman is doing an abusive act? Every country has its own wonderful recipes. Food is a universal language that brings us all closer together, just as music, art and other sciences do. When I go to restaurants, it is not to mistreat the staff and treat them like servants, as some customers do at Fala-Filo. Some customers bullied my son when he was serving food, they only bullied him because he is a handy cup. Now he does not accept to return to work because of the bad behavior of some customers. They hurt my son greatly and I also kept silent because they are customers. Likewise, I do not go to the restaurant to offend the owner of the restaurant. We go to spend happy times and also not to wash the dishes at home and keep the house clean speciallywhen we are group. . Do the recipes that I offer annoy some competitors? Does society here accept that someone bullies the son of one of you who has a disability?
