Are you in the midst of a secret struggle?
Sometimes we try to face the battles of our hearts alone — and this can leave us gripped by fear or shame.
But throughout Scripture, we see evidence that Jesus was deeply concerned with the matters of the heart. When we look at Jesus’ life and ministry, we discover a man who had compassion on those around him, choosing to step into both their physical and spiritual realities.
Not only does Jesus invite us to lean into His strength in our personal heart struggles — He also gives us the gift of stepping into each other’s lives, caring well for each other as God changes our hearts.
For Navigators Collegiate staff member Laura Johnson, inviting a friend to bear witness to her struggle with fear helped her experience God’s strength in her weakness. Read more: navs.me/3PAkdiC

Join us in reviewing today's TMS Tuesday memory verse, John 15:7.
Prayer:
"If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you." (NIV)
Visit navs.me/memorize to learn more about how to memorize Scripture using the Topical Memory System (TMS).
What started as a friendship between Noah and a freshman named Alec became a story of spiritual multiplication. As Alec grew in his understanding of the gospel, he began stepping out in faith—starting an evangelism team, leading Bible studies, and helping other students encounter Christ.
This is the beauty of discipleship: investing in one life and trusting God to do more than we could imagine.

"Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil" –Hebrews 5:13-14 (NIV)
One of the best ways to get to the “solid food” of the Word is through “inductive” Bible study. The inductive method makes observations on a passage of Scripture and then draws conclusions based on those observations. Commonly, this method is defined by three parts: Observation, interpretation, and application.
Here are 7 steps to inductively study the Bible: https://navs.me/4aOlcmI

Bryan had come to faith a few months before he met Roger Van Noord, Navigators Workplace staff member, but hadn't had a chance to grow in Christ and was eager to know more.
Roger shared about Bryan's eagerness, "Bryan and I met on the phone to read and discuss the Bible together for an hour. As we were wrapping up, I asked when he wanted to meet again. He said, 'tomorrow.' That pattern continued as we met for four days in a row. Then we shifted to meeting twice a week."
As the weeks of Life-to-Life® discipleship turned into months, with phone meetings twice weekly and periodic park or backyard times, it became clear that God had bigger intentions for these eager young disciples.

The purpose of Bible study is to be challenged and encouraged by studying and applying God’s Word to our everyday lives.
"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." - 2 Timothy 3:16-17
