The Colorado Springs market is picking up, in the last 2 weeks, I have put up two houses for SALE that have executed contracts with-in a couple of days on the market! We are in need of great properties inventory is low, if you are thinking about selling, don’t wait until everyone is selling spot light your home now~!

so I have been working on a blogg about trends, and buying and restoring older homes, but its leading me down that path of wanting another house/re-hab project. Rates are so great right now Marijan and I are looking for something to flip this year. Yay!!!

Inventory is down and rates are still at record lows..... I spent the morning w/ my economist hat on…Supply and demand show the market about to have an
up-swing in home prices…. Now is the time to buy (investors have increased their purchasing power to just over 32% of the market)
