ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate & schedule the maintenance of all properties to ensure quality and timeliness of all projects
• Including but not limited to; grounds, custodial, preventative, corrective, renovation, remodel and emergency
• Prioritize work orders, and follow up on assignments to ensure completion
• Maintain the appearance and physical integrity of all ATB & MJ Properties
• Supervise the make ready of vacated units
• Make regular inspections of all properties
• Establish and maintain Preventative Maintenance Procedures on all properties
• Establish emergency on-call procedures
• Keep monthly expenditures within the limits of the approved budget
• Enforce positive public relations with clients, residents, prospects and vendors

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a maintenance role
• Requires a self-motivated, team player who pays close attention to detail and who can prioritize in a fast-moving environment with multiple properties.
• Requires an individual who is capable of multi-tasking
• Must be detail orientated, highly organized and able to interact effectively with people
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Contribute to resident retention programs
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills
