We apologize for the lack of photographs documenting this extensive home rehab project. The scope of work included a complete renovation of one bathroom and kitchen, the addition of a new bathroom, structural modifications to relocate basement stairs, removal of the kitchen wall to achieve an open floor concept with LVL beams, and replacement of four windows. Additionally, the project involved the installation of French doors and a comprehensive electrical system upgrade, featuring dedicated circuits for the bathrooms, kitchen counter top, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and lighting throughout the residence.
