One of the biggest differences in the 518 Crush Rec League:

🔥 FEMALE TOUCHDOWN = 7 POINTS 🔥

✅ Female catches the touchdown = 7 points✅ Female throws the touchdown = 7 points

Not 6... SEVEN!

🏈 THROW-OFF RULES

🔹 10U, 12U & 14U Divisions✔️ Throw-offs will be used✔️ Throw-offs begin from the 10-yard line

🔹 8U Division❌ No throw-offs

All games will follow SHS Travel Rules.

🎥 COACHES CHALLENGE RULE

Coaches may challenge a call during the game.

To be eligible:

✅ You must designate ONE approved person to record the game.✅ The recording device must be presented to officials before the game starts.✅ Officials must know who the designated recorder is prior to kickoff.

No designated recorder = No video challenge.

⏱ GAME FORMAT

🏈 Two 15-minute running halves🏈 Two timeouts per team🏈 Running clock throughout the game

🚨 Inside the final 1 minute of the 2nd half, the game switches to NFL clock rules.

As girls flag football continues to grow throughout New York State, we are looking for talented media professionals to help capture the athletes, competition, and overall experience of the event.

Media opportunities include:
