Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I hope Y'all are getting the chance to cook up some good eats tomorrow. We have a whole turkey and 2 breasts in the bird Baptism Brine for the night. Then low and slow on the pitboss tomorrow morning.

Birthday dinner tonight for my Mother-in-law, I made some delicious Cheesesteak sandwiches!!

Happy Belated Thanksgiving!!! I hope everyone had a great day and was able to with their family. We enjoyed a full house hosting for the first time this year! Smoked 2 turkey breasts all morning, soaked overnight in a Kinders seasoning brine.

Our dinner included: Boneless NY Stip Steak, Scallops Wrapped in Bacon, Tequila Lime grilled Salmon, smashed garlic potatoes with grilled veggies.

Our cabin was amazing and nestled in the Adirondacks. This hidden gem was not only private but also had an amazing brook to provide peace and relaxation paired with our delicious dinner! We were even fortunate enough to have a surprise guest join us!

Happy Memorial day! As we celebrate today we remember the love those brave men and women had for their country, that they would pay the ultimate price for our freedom. We enjoy this day and celebrate it in their honor.

An early Thanksgiving style meal with Scouts BSA Troop 3357B tonight at beautiful Lawsons lake! Made up a nice Smoked turkey injected with melted butter, 100% pure Maple Syrup and roasted honey rub then dusted with Roasted Honey Rub!

Roasted potatoes with Steakhouse seasoning and pork loin on the 22" Griddle tonight just in time for some sunset pictures! Can't forget an amazing pineapple salad made by the beautiful Mrs. Carnivore!!

Started this morning off with some frenchtoast oceanside with fried peaches and bacon made on the Adventure ready 22" Griddle by all topped with Pure Maple Syrup!
