Last week we performed a foundation inspection on a home that recently had repairs completed. Don't believe the commercials and get a second opinion before you spend $40,000.

The Sanctuary project in Colonial Heights is finally under construction. Townes PC prepared the site plan and is providing construction staking and third party inspections.

The framing of the Silver Hills Monument project continues to go up. Townes PC was asked to take this project over and layout the control for the building.

Pictures of a garage backfill we recently inspected. Did you know that when the fill underneath the garage slab exceeds 24" it needs to be engineered even if the fill is #57 stone?
