Throughout the year, Chris Economou trains a select number of goalies. Private, semi-private and group lessons are available.
During the hockey / school season, most sessions are in the afternoons and evenings. We will work with you to come up with a customized training program that meets your all of your needs and makes you the best goalie you can be! During the hockey / school season, most sessions are in the afternoons and evenings. Private, semi-private and group lessons are available.
We will work with you to come up with a customized training program that meets your all of your needs and makes you the best goalie you can be! An initial assessment will be made for new students during a private or group lesson, from there, we will have a meeting to put together a training plan both on and off the ice. This plan can include on-ice instruction, one on one instruction in our state of the art goalie room, classroom instruction, diet and exercise. We will also help you with drills to do outside of our facility, at home, in the gym and also during your club and school practices.
Our system will teach sound fundamentals, break you of bad habits and give you the tools that you need to be successful. Please contact us for more information.
