Due to the community’s efforts to deter the spread of the COVID-19 virus we at Giampa Financial Group will do our part by working from home, so that we too can protect our families.
On Friday, March 20, the federal government has announced that the official tax filing deadline has been extended to July 15. The PA government has followed suit.
At this time, we will continue with our best efforts to work on tax returns for clients who have already provided us with their tax information and encourage others to forward their documents via USPS,fax to 215 997-4586 or your may send your documents digitally. If you would like to send us your documents digitally please email to either John ([email protected] ) or Ginny ([email protected]) and we will send you a invitation through our secure email server.
We are hopeful that with a modified, less trying schedule we can extend our same excellent service under these less-than-ideal circumstances, and also help our staff to get the requisite rest to safeguard them and their families from contracting this virus. We extend to you our deepest wish that you and all of your loved ones remain healthy. We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented state of affairs.

FYI - "The Internal Revenue Service and its partners in the Security Summit sounded the alarm Monday about a new phishing scam in which cybercriminals are sending out fraudulent emails impersonating the IRS, claiming the attachments are tax transcripts, to fool recipients into clicking on and opening files containing malware that could infect their computers.The scam particularly poses harm to businesses whose employees might open the malware because it could spread across a network and potentially take months to remove."
