Kids (and Parents)…. You got this! Praying for an awesome start to your new school year! 🏫

This Sunday is NavKids Promotion Sunday as each of our grade schoolers move up a grade. The biggest moves are in store for those going into 1st Grade that will now move into our 1st - 4th Grade Classroom and those going into 5th & 6th Grade that will now be getting a classroom of your very own! So tomorrow our check in team is ready to make it easy for you to get to your new class. So arrive at 9:45am to make sure and get all checked in and familiarized with your new classrooms.

In August we are launching a new classroom just for 5th & 6th Graders!

We are putting the finishing touches on the new classroom and you can get a sneak peek at it this Sunday with a preview party we are throwing after service. We have a fantastic team of teachers in the works for this classroom to help 5th & 6th Graders take their next step with Jesus in a more age specific environment. This shift will also, in turn, allow us to better program our 1st - 4th Grade classroom as well. It is a next step win for everyone!

It's NavKids on a Mission time! We are in the middle of our annual summer series centered around Acts 1:8 and our mission to take the Good News to the ends of the earth.

We did it BIG in BIGS today! The dark side tried to steal our joy and take the galaxy. But where Satan may win a battle, we know we have already won the war. The Jedi fought for JOY today with a blowout Star Wars theme PARTY. At Navigation we value Party and Community. In these places we find Joy, Love and Hope.

Mother’s Day Mayhem in NavKids today! Every child participated and we made family gifts of White Chocolate, Cranberry and Walnut Bread dry mix and potholders. From 0 - 12 we saw great team work as everyone pitched in to honor mom today! Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms in our lives.

Did your Big come home raving about their new light saber yesterday!?
Here's the scoop: We started a 12 week series titled God's Wars yesterday centered around the super fun theme of Star Wars. If your Big was unable to be with us in person, don't worry there is still time to join the fun next week. This is a journey of strength and God's ultimate power to defeat the enemy. Each week the kids will have a chance to earn points for their team in these five areas:
1. Attendance
2. Reciting the Bible Verse (Exodus 14:14)
3. Friendly Behavior and Good Sportsmanship
4. Participation
5. Bringing a Visitor
