We have wrapped up this custom complete gut down to studs, remodel & addition in Fayette county. This custom home is a 4 Bedroom, 4-1/2 bath. Bonus features include 2 Laundry rooms, 2 enclosed attached Garages, 3 porches & a separate detached shop. All new HVAC, electrical & plumbing.

Our old construction website has been demolished. The pad is cleared and the new site is "under construction"

Sneak preview of our Williston Tn project. The entire house was taken down to the studs. The foundation & structural framing required major repairs. All new plumbing, electrical & HVAC. The final touches are in progress & we are planning to wrap up next week. This new 4 Bed 4-1/2 bath on 1 acre w/ detached shop & 2 attached Garages in Fayette county will be available soon for a new family.

Very excited to announce PCS was selected for this 5,520 SF interior build out in Humboldt Tn. We recently completed phase 1. This included structural repairs, exterior updates and multiple site improvements. This tenant finish will be a new laundromat, dining area, remodel of the existing convenience store, updating the commercial kitchen & new walk in beverage coolers.

Update on our Shapiro and Company Lake House addition. Trim and tile have wrapped up. Final p,lumbing,electrical and mechanical start soon. We hope to have the owners occupying their new master suite in the next few weeks.
