Mental health is real, but God.
Many things will trouble us in life, but we are promised that we can find peace in Jesus. 1 Peter 5:7 proclaims, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." No matter what we face, we can turn to Him for guidance. When our mind starts racing, our stress level rises, or we become anxious, let us remember that God told us we do not have to be afraid, for He is always with us. Remember that your mental health is a priority, your inner peace is essential, and your self care is a necessity.

Encouragement
When our mental health is compromised, we feel inherently weak; sometimes, even daily tasks can feel too burdensome. During those times, we must remember to call upon God, as He says He will be our strength when we are weak. There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn't. You just have to stop letting your thoughts control you and give it to God in prayer and never give up on God because He won't give up on you.
