Morgan is an independent, self-employed hairstylist working inside Forward Hair Lab, where she specializes in creating beautiful, dimensional blondes.
From soft, lived-in blonding to brighter transformations, Morgan’s focus is creating color that feels customized to the person wearing it—not a one-size-fits-all blonde.
One of the things we love about the Forward Hair Lab space is that every stylist is able to build and run their own business, their own clientele and their own brand while working alongside other talented artists.

The End of an Era

Katie has been working by my side longer than anyone else in my career… and that alone says everything. Nearly 14 years.
⠀
She started with me as an apprentice, curious, and ready to learn. Over the years, I’ve watched her grow into a talented stylist and a true blonding specialist. But more than that, she became family.
⠀
Katie is opening her own private, one-chair salon in Germantown so she can be closer to her kids and more present for their day-to-day—and honestly, I couldn’t be more proud of her for choosing that.

This isn’t goodbye… it’s just the next chapter.
