As we head into summer, we would love to invite you to stay connected with us at our Summer Bible Study series: Spiritual Legacy.

This will be a meaningful time to gather each Monday evening in June from 7:00-8:00 PM. Come just as you are, there's no registration required. Each week is designed to stand on its own, so you're welcome to join whenever you can, even if you're unable to attend every session.

This series will feature live teaching from some of our favorite speakers, and we're excited to learn and grow together.

We'll meet at Compass Center on June 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29.

Compass Women's Conference: Surrender is almost here and we are excited to welcome Cleere Reaves!

Cleere Cherry Reaves is an author, speaker, and podcaster who helps people slow down, look up, and learn to see their lives through the steady, compassionate gaze of Jesus. She is the founder of Cleerely Stated, a nationally loved gift line and online ministry rooted in the belief that ordinary days—tended with faith—can shape a healthy, grounded soul.

She hosts the podcast Let’s Be Cleere and shares additional writing and podcast-style reflections on Substack, creating space for deeper conversations about faith, formation, and intentional living. Through her Instagram community , Cleere offers daily encouragement and Scripture-rooted reflections to a growing online faith community seeking clarity, hope, and deeper roots.

Known for her warm, reflective voice, Cleere writes and speaks to those who love Jesus but feel stretched thin—offering language for what they’re carrying, truth to anchor to, and gentle reminders that God is faithfully at work beneath the surface of everyday life.

Cleere lives in Greenville, North Carolina, with her husband, Will, and their son, Sledge. Born at just one pound and now living with special needs, Sledge’s journey has shaped their family’s pace and priorities—forming a life marked by greater presence, patience, and dependence on God. His life continues to testify to God’s nearness and faithfulness, and Cleere is deeply committed to helping others recognize that same steady presence of God in their own stories.

This MexiRican leader shares a message of faith and purpose through compelling storytelling and unwavering vulnerability. Her life is a testament to resilience: overcoming illiteracy until age 12, she has channeled her determination into writing three impactful books discussing personal struggles and God's faithfulness.
As the church planter and lead pastor of Revere Church in Orange County, CA, Bianca is on a mission to inspire others to live with an unquenchable passion for transforming lives through Jesus Christ.

Meet Michelle Sherman 💞

Michelle is a dedicated leader, teacher, speaker, mentor—and a rockstar realtor. She has been married to the love of her life, Drew, for 38 wonderful years. Together, they’ve built a beautiful family with three children and seven amazing grandchildren. Being “Nana” is one of her greatest joys, and she cherishes every moment with them.

For nearly 25 years, the Shermans have faithfully led Compass Church and served their community with heart and vision. Through her work in real estate, Michelle helps families find their dream homes while building meaningful, lasting relationships.

Outside of work, she loves hosting, entertaining, mentoring women, teaching, and traveling.
