Pardon our mess! We’re renovating the high school bathroom/locker rooms, giving several classrooms a major facelift, deep cleaning the entire campus, and sprucing up the landscaping. A shoutout to our facilities team and student workers for helping to make our campus look its best!

🏆 Congratulations to Collegedale Academy 5th grader Kylee Ancheta! 🏆

The Collegedale Police Department is proud to recognize Kylee for being named Tennessee’s 2026 D.A.R.E. Essay Award winner!

Each year, students across Tennessee participate in the D.A.R.E. program and submit essays reflecting on the valuable lessons they learned about making safe and responsible choices. Kylee’s outstanding essay rose to the top, earning her this prestigious statewide honor.

We would also like to recognize Sgt. Parker, Kylee’s D.A.R.E. instructor, who proudly accepted the award on her behalf during this year’s D.A.R.E. Conference in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

This achievement is a testament to Kylee’s hard work and commitment to the principles taught through the D.A.R.E. program. We are incredibly proud of her accomplishment and grateful for the positive partnership between our officers, schools, and students.

This week, Sgt. Parker and Collegedale Academy School Resource Officer Ofc. Eatmon are attending the annual D.A.R.E. Conference in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The conference brings together law enforcement officers, educators, and community leaders from across the state to share ideas and learn new ways to positively impact the lives of young people.

As D.A.R.E. instructors and mentors, Sgt. Parker and Ofc. Eatmon play an important role in building relationships with students and helping them make safe, healthy decisions. We are proud to support their continued professional development and commitment to serving our schools and community.

Today we had the privilege of celebrating some of the most hardworking, resilient, and talented young people we know. Four years of growth, challenges, late nights, big dreams, and even bigger hearts have brought you to this day, and we could not be more proud.

As you step into this next chapter, we are praying for God’s hand to guide every path you take, every decision you make, and every door that opens before you. May His faithfulness follow you wherever you go.
