This little piggy...... as far as genetics go, the make up of this boy's DNA defies the odds. We can be upset at how intentional breeding likely created these gremlins with breathing difficulties, short limbs with a wide stance, cropped their ears and puts fat chains around their necks for "show"......but he’s here in our care. He's going to need a very dedicated and knowledgeable home, which is why we are leaning on our rescue partners to find him a soft, air conditioned, place to sploot. 🙏
At approximately 5 years old, he is a bully mix of about 55lbs of snorts, exuberance, awkward movement, possibly potty trained and easily exhausted. 😔

🐾 Meet this sweet soul 🐾
This beautiful face belongs to a shelter dog we recently took in to give a second chance at the life she deserves. Her gentle eyes and calm demeanor in that stressful environment made it clear that she has so much love to give.
Unfortunately, routine intake testing revealed heartworm disease. The good news? It’s treatable. The hard part? Treatment is expensive, and rescue funds are always stretched thin.
💔 Heartworm treatment isn’t optional — without it, this dog’s future is limited and her health will continue to decline. With treatment, she can go on to live a long, happy, active life.

Foster home needed for 2 six-week-old kitties in middle Tennessee for approximately 3 weeks. Supplies provided. Let us know if you can babysit these cuties temporarily so we can help others.

While we usually focus on dogs, we couldn’t say no to taking in these 3 pitiful kittens and their skinny mother. The white kitty’s eyes were stuck shut this morning from a horrible eye infection. 😢
We will be taking these precious souls to the vet for a full check-up, shots, f***l testing and eye medication. Momma cat and her babies will all be spayed/neutered and microchipped when the vet feels is the appropriate time. The kittens are about 6-weeks-old.
Can you help us help this little feline family? Our goal is to raise $500 for the first vet visit and to find a temporary foster home while they get healthier and we search for their forever families. Food and supplies are provided while they are in foster care.
