I don’t know about you, but for me, the world feels like a lot right now. Can you relate to carrying grief, exhaustion, despair, or that quiet voice that says, Who am I to focus on myself when everything is falling apart?

I get it. But, the thing is: loving yourself in hard times isn’t selfish—it’s essential. It’s what keeps us from running on empty, reacting from a place of fear, or shutting down completely.
That’s why I’m inviting you to Radical Self-love in Uncertain Times, a space to explore how to love yourself—even when the world is messy, painful, and unpredictable. Through a blend of shadow work and somatic practices, we’ll go beyond surface-level self-care by:
--Meeting the part of you that struggle with self-love—the doubts, the fears, the inner critic—and learning how to hold them with compassion.
--Releasing shame and resistance stored in the body through gentle movement and somatic exercises.
--How to feel safe and at home in yourself, no matter what’s happening around you.

This isn’t about pretending everything is fine. It’s about making space for all of it—the light, the dark, and the in-between—so you can show up feeling stronger, braver, and more you.
