After more than 10 years in the restaurant industry, starting as a host and working her way up to Front of House Manager, T’Yana officially steps into her new role as General Manager at Thingz From Yaad.

Over the years, she has built a reputation for leading with calm under pressure, genuine hospitality, and an energy that makes both guests and staff feel instantly comfortable. What makes T’Yana special isn’t just her experience — it’s the way she creates spaces that feel welcoming, fun, and full of good vibes while still paying attention to every detail that makes great hospitality matter.

Outside of the restaurant, she’s currently working toward her Master’s in Social Work, balancing school, leadership, fitness, family, and community with the exact passion and dedication she brings into the restaurant every day.

As we continue growing into this next chapter, I genuinely couldn’t feel luckier to have T’Yana stepping into this role. She brings heart, leadership, warmth, and vision to this team, and I’m excited for everyone to experience the energy she’s helping build here at Thingz From Yaad.

This next chapter means so much for us, more space, more growth, and more of the food and culture you love.
